We’re looking for someone who is excellent at communicating with people, comfortable on calls, and naturally good at handling customers and sales conversations.

This is not a traditional customer-support-only role. You’ll be directly involved in customer conversations, assisted sales, order management and delivery operations.

What you’ll be doing

- Handle customer queries primarily through WhatsApp and phone calls
- Help customers understand our products and make informed purchases
- Place manual orders for the customers interested in buying products
- Follow up with customers who are interested but haven’t completed their purchase
- Handle order-related questions, cancellations and other support requests
- Track shipments and coordinate with delivery partners when there are delivery issues
- Follow up on delayed/failed deliveries and help resolve them
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Handle repeat customers and post-purchase support

Important: You must be comfortable with the category

Lovista operates in the sexual wellness / sexual health space.

You will regularly discuss products related to sexual health and intimacy with customers over WhatsApp and phone.

You must therefore be completely comfortable having professional, mature conversations about topics such as sexual wellness, erectile health, performance concerns, delay products and related products.

This is a professional customer-service role. We expect conversations to remain respectful, confidential and non-judgmental at all times.

You should also be comfortable discussing these products from your own workspace, including taking customer calls.



If you would feel awkward discussing sexual-health products aloud from your workspace, this role probably isn’t for you.

Who we’re looking for

- Excellent Hindi communication
- Good conversational English
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp
- Valuable sales and persuasion skills without being pushy
- Patient and mature when dealing with customers
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, inside sales or D2C/e-commerce is a plus

Compensation

Fixed salary performance incentives The role is designed to have a meaningful performance component. Your earnings can increase substantially based on successful sales, customer handling and overall performance.

Expected monthly earnings: ₹18,000–₹30,000 depending on performance.

There will be no arbitrary cap on performance incentives for strong performers.

If someone wants to place an order, you’ll help them place it.

If a customer is interested but needs clarification, you’ll have the conversation.

You’ll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and revenue.

Eligibility

Minimum: 12th pass or equivalent

Graduation: Preferred, not mandatory

Experience: 0-2 years preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
