Roles & Responsibilities:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with 10+ years of experience and strong banking domain knowledge.
- The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of banking processes, business requirements, stakeholder management, and experience working on banking/financial services projects.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 14+ years of overall experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of the banking domain and processes
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Prior experience in banking/financial services projects is preferred
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
- Ability to document and communicate complex business processes clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying gaps and proposing improvements in existing systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
