- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Strong experience in developing enterprise-level applications using Jakarta EE technologies.
- Knowledge of designing RESTful web services and integrating with various backend systems.
- Familiarity with containerization and deployment practices to support scalable application delivery.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
