- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience in asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database integration and management.
- Knowledge of version control systems and cooperative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
