Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a resourceful Culture & Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
- Develop comprehensive training and career development programs.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
