Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic Culture & Experience Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
- Design and execute initiatives to boost remote team engagement and morale.
- Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
- Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
- Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
