Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage CRM operations, sales data, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and experience in CRM management and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain CRM data, including leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and record updates.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
- Track sales pipelines, lead conversions, and business performance.
- Provide CRM user support, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training.
- Monitor and verify travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support sales operations through dealer mapping,



customer data management, and KAM updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with CRM processes and procedures.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of CRM management and sales operations.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MIS reporting.
- Experience in data analysis, dashboards, and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy.
