About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate fiction writer to collaborate on an original novel project. The ideal candidate enjoys developing complex characters, emotionally intense relationships, compelling dialogue, and immersive storylines.

This is a collaborative writing opportunity for someone who wants to contribute creatively to a long-term fiction project and work closely with the founder throughout the writing process.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate on story development, plot structure, and character arcs.
- Write engaging chapters, scenes, and dialogue.
- Develop emotionally layered characters and believable relationships.
- Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and storytelling.
- Review and revise chapters based on feedback.
- Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Meet mutually agreed weekly writing deadlines.

Requirements




- Robust English writing and storytelling skills.
- Creativity and an understanding of character-driven fiction.
- Ability to write engaging dialogue and emotionally compelling scenes.
- Comfortable writing fiction intended for an adult readership, including mature themes and complex relationships.
- Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively.
- Previous writing experience is preferred, but talented aspiring writers are welcome to apply.
