Role Overview :

As a Creative Lead - AI-First Design, you will spearhead the transformation of our product ecosystem by bridging the gap between human-centric design and cutting-edge generative AI. You will operate at the intersection of creative strategy and technical implementation, working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to redefine how users interact with our digital platforms. Your day-to-day involves architecting AI-native workflows, prototyping complex interfaces, and mentoring design teams to leverage prompt engineering and vibe coding to accelerate delivery.

By integrating AI into the core of our product design lifecycle, you will directly influence user retention and business scalability, ensuring our solutions remain at the vanguard of the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design strategy for AI-integrated products to ensure seamless user experiences that solve complex business challenges.
- Architect intuitive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that incorporate conversational AI elements to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement AI-native design systems that maintain brand consistency while allowing for algorithmic personalization.




- Execute advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs, ensuring that generated content and interface elements align with our high-quality design standards.
- Mentor junior designers on adopting AI-first methodologies and vibe coding practices to improve team velocity and creative output.
- Analyze user feedback and performance metrics to iterate on UX strategies, driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with a proven ability to translate abstract concepts into functional, AI-driven product designs.
- Possess a deep understanding of Design Thinking principles, applying them to create human-centric solutions within highly technical AI environments.
- Exhibit solid proficiency in prompt engineering and AI integration, with the ability to communicate technical design requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Showcase a track record of 4 - 8 years in product design, specifically within roles that prioritize UX strategy and interface innovation.
- Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate workshops, present design visions to leadership, and foster a collaborative culture within a hybrid work environment in Pune.
- Hold a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, complemented by a portfolio that highlights your ability to design for AI-native platforms.
