Company Description Jan SEHAT Setu is a nationwide healthcare initiative by Vishwa Kalyan Bharti Foundation, focused on connecting medical expertise with underserved communities across India. Guided by the philosophy of “Seva, Swasthya, Samruddhi,” it mobilizes doctors, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions to provide free or affordable medical care through regular health camps (Sehat Shivirs). The initiative uses a digitally enabled platform to link patients with healthcare providers, ensuring last-mile delivery of quality healthcare in remote and underserved areas.

It also emphasizes awareness programs, lifestyle counselling, and community-based health education to drive long-term health outcomes. Jan SEHAT Setu works with partners such as Employees' State Insurance Corporation, MY Bharat, National Medical Organisation, and Jain International Organisation to combine institutional support with grassroots reach and scale its impact.

Role Description The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with Jan SEHAT Setu’s mission and strategic goals. This full-time hybrid role is based in Ahmedabad, with a mix of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The CSR Manager will design and manage community health programs, coordinate with medical partners and stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing CSR strategies and annual plans, managing budgets,



preparing impact reports and presentations, and supporting awareness and engagement campaigns. The role also involves driving employee and volunteer engagement, maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with relevant CSR guidelines and reporting standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and experience in designing and managing impact-driven social initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate CSR programs and partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for stakeholder coordination, report writing, presentations, and community outreach.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure program effectiveness, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Employee Engagement to involve staff and volunteers in CSR activities and build a culture of service.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Health, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in healthcare-focused CSR, nonprofit or foundation work, and familiarity with Indian CSR regulations and reporting frameworks is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed for program implementation and partner engagement.
