Role Description The Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda. The Counselor will guide clients through study, spouse open work permit, and visitor visa options, explain eligibility and process details, and assist with documentation and application preparation.

Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing profiles, recommending suitable countries and institutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, following up with clients on application status, and providing timely updates and support. The Counselor is expected to uphold regulatory and company guidelines,



deliver clear communication, and contribute to a client-centered service environment.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills with the ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable immigration and education pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear spoken and written English and comfort interacting with diverse client backgrounds.
- Organizational and administrative skills for managing documentation, maintaining client records, and tracking application progress.
- Customer service orientation, including patience, empathy, and a professional approach to handling questions, concerns, and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of visa and study abroad processes; prior experience in immigration, overseas education, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for scheduling, record-keeping, and online application portals.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Bathinda, meet targets, collaborate with colleagues, and adapt to process changes.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling or international education are an advantage.
