Role Overview

We are looking for a Contract Review Specialist, based in India, to support our operations across the GCC region. The role focuses on reviewing commercial and legal contracts, agreements and project documents relating to our GCC business, identifying the key risks, deviations and points of concern, and preparing transparent review notes for sign-off by the concerned teams in Dubai and KSA.

Key Responsibilities

- Review commercial contracts, subcontract agreements, LOIs, tender documents and related legal documentation for GCC projects.
- Identify key risks, onerous or ambiguous clauses, deviations and points of concern, and flag them clearly.
- Prepare concise review summaries and practical recommendations for review and final sign-off by the concerned stakeholders in Dubai or KSA.
- Maintain and improve contract review checklists, templates and documentation.
- Coordinate with the project, estimation and commercial teams across the GCC to clarify queries.
- Join kick-off meetings, client discussions and PTC (post-tender clarification) discussions as required.
- Track review turnaround times to support timely decision-making.

Requirements

- A background in law, contracts administration, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
- A good understanding of construction industry terms,



terminology and the typical points of concern in construction, fit-out and signage contracts (a construction background is strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with GCC commercial contracting practices and standard forms (such as FIDIC-based subcontracts) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess legal and commercial risk and offer practical solutions.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Presentable and articulate, with excellent spoken English, as the role includes joining kick-off meetings, client discussions and PTC discussions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside colleagues from different backgrounds and across multiple locations.
- A genuine willingness to learn and use new technologies as part of the role. We actively promote the adoption of technology, including AI tools, in the way we work, and candidates who demonstrate this mindset will be prioritised.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
