About the role

We’re looking for a confident, creative Content Creator & Social Media Growth Intern to become the face and voice of HelloBae on Instagram , YT.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be on camera, writing and shooting content in your own style, and owning how our page grows. The founder works closely with you on strategy and direction. You bring the ideas, energy and execution.

Key responsibilities

- On-camera content: Be the face of HelloBae. Shoot Reels like dating POVs, real talk, and trending formats.
- Scripting and ideas: Write hooks and short scripts, and turn everyday dating moments into relatable, funny content.
- Shoot and edit: Record well-framed vertical (9:16) videos with good lighting and clear audio, and do basic edits for Reels and Stories.
- Growth ownership: Plan the content calendar, track what’s working (views, followers, shares), and hit monthly growth targets.
- Trend tracking: Spot trending audio, formats and hooks every day, and adapt them for HelloBae quickly.
- Creator collabs:



Coordinate with other creators for Collab posts and content partnerships.
- Community: Reply to comments and DMs, and help turn followers into waitlist sign-ups.

Requirements and qualifications

- Confident on camera: Natural, expressive and comfortable speaking to the camera.
- Excellent communication: Fluent in Hindi and English, with a good sense of humour.
- Social media native: Lives on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts and understands hooks, trends and what makes content work.
- Own equipment: A personal laptop and a good camera phone (iPhone or similar) or a camera.
- Proactive and reliable: Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup.
- Bonus: Editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro), or your own page or past content to show.
