What You'll Do

- Research What's Really Happening in the Job Market: Find insights worth sharing and turn them into useful content that goes beyond generic career advice.
- Write Engaging Video Scripts: Think strong opening hooks, relatable examples, clever analogies, memorable explanations, and storytelling that keeps learners watching.
- Find Fresh Angles for Familiar Topics: Challenge conventional advice, uncover overlooked insights, and find creative ways to explain what actually works when looking for a job.
- Build Courses People Want to Complete: Shape research and ideas into well-structured courses, modules, lessons, and learning journeys.



Give every lesson a clear purpose and a practical takeaway so learners know what to do with what they've learned.
- Turn Career Knowledge into Actionable Frameworks: Break down complicated concepts into simple processes, step-by-step methods, examples, and strategies learners can use in real situations. Make career advice practical rather than merely theoretical.
- Make Learning Interactive and Fun: Come up with interesting quizzes, relatable scenarios, mini-challenges, and thought-provoking activities that help learners apply what they've learned. The goal is to make learning feel engaging, not like another assignment.
- Create Content Across the Career Journey: Develop learning content on career discovery, job hunting, applications, interview preparation, and growth opportunities.
- Refine Ideas into Great Learning Experiences: Review and improve scripts and course content for accuracy, clarity, flow, originality, and engagement. Use AI tools to brainstorm, research, explore alternative approaches, and work more efficiently while bringing your own judgement and creativity to the final product.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, scriptwriting, educational content, course development, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, research, storytelling, and editing skills, with the ability to make complex ideas feel simple and interesting.




- A creative mindset and an instinct for what makes content engaging: a compelling hook, an unexpected insight, a relatable example, or an explanation that makes something finally click.
- The ability to structure information logically and turn research into clear, actionable learning experiences.
- An interest in careers, recruitment, employability, personal development, or understanding how people learn and make decisions.
- Comfort with using AI tools for research, brainstorming, ideation, drafting, and content refinement, alongside independent thinking and careful fact-checking.
- The ability to take ownership of ideas, work independently, and deliver polished content within deadlines.
- Familiarity with instructional design, adult learning principles, or interactive learning formats is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- YouTube video scriptwriting
- Long-form content writing
- Course creation and course content writing
- Educational content development
