Description

Infor is seeking a Principal Consultant - WMS to join the Global Services team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Infor WMS, and will be responsible for solution implementation, customer support, enhancement activities, integrations, and strategic consulting engagements. The consultant will work closely with global customers to optimize warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

- Lead Infor WMS implementation, upgrade, and support engagements.

- Analyze customer business requirements and provide warehouse management solutions.

- Configure and troubleshoot WMS applications and integrations.

- Support inbound, outbound, inventory, and logistics business processes.

- Collaborate with development teams on customization and enhancement requirements.

- Resolve complex production and application issues.

- Participate in customer workshops, solution design sessions, and technical reviews.

- Support global customers across multiple regions and time zones.

Basic Qualifications

Functional

- Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

- Preferred experience in Infor WMS.

- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.

Technical

- Java / J2EE

- SQL

- Oracle Database

- Web Services (SOAP/REST)

- Apache Tomcat

- JBoss / WildFly Application Servers

- Integration troubleshooting and support

Experience

- 10 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in ERP/WMS implementation or product support environments.

Preferred Qualifications





- Infor WMS certification or implementation experience.

- Consulting and customer-facing experience.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Work Conditions

- Willingness to work in a 24/7 global support environment.

- Weekly rotational shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
