We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Kollam.

Job Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and other IT hardware issues.
- Provide onsite and carry-in service support to customers.
- Handle hardware installation, maintenance, and basic networking support.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper service reports and customer communication.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Experience in laptop and desktop servicing is preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Freshers with basic hardware knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
