Minimum Qualification

Job Responsibilities

- Establish and manage precast casting yard (layout, casting beds, storage areas)

- Oversee production of precast segments

- Ensure optimal cycle time for casting, curing, and demoulding

- Implement production planning aligned with site erection sequence

- Coordinate mould design, shuttering systems, and reuse efficiency

- Track casting vs erection progress and manage inventory

- Ensure compliance with marine-grade concrete requirements

- Monitor concrete mix design, curing methods, dimensional tolerances, and finish

- Track production quantities vs planned targets

- Monitor material consumption (cement, aggregates, steel, admixtures)

- Optimize mould utilization and reduce wastage/rework





- Review subcontractor/vendor bills related to precast works

- Support cost control and CVR for precast packages

Minimum Qualification

- BE/B.TECH (Civil) with Quantity Survey

- 10 years of experience in precast for marine
