We are looking for an energetic, disciplined, and detail-oriented Commis Chef to anchor our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing morning prep and service centered on hyper-local ingredients, traditional regional morning staples, and scratch cookery. You will work directly with seasonal harvests arriving daily, ensuring seamless mise en place, consistency on the plate, and strict kitchen hygiene.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
