Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile All-Rounder Chef with 2–3 years of experience in a café or restaurant. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple kitchen sections, preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per the menu and standard recipes.
- Handle multiple kitchen sections, including Indian, Continental, snacks, and basic café-style food.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient stock, food wastage, and portion control.
- Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and daily kitchen operations.




- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely order preparation.
- Follow proper food storage, labelling, and FIFO procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as an All-Rounder Chef in a café or restaurant.
- Knowledge of different cuisines and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple kitchen tasks efficiently.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Team player with positive time management skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
