About the Venture Led by a founder with 4 years of experience in the FMCG spices industry, we are building a clean-label packaged food brand solving the massive trust and purity gap in India’s fasting (vrat) food market. In India, fasting is not just seasonal (Navratri, Ramadan) but a recurring weekly practice (Ekadashi, Somvar) followed by millions with strict dietary restrictions.

We are crafting pure, transparent fasting foods through stringent, zero-contamination farm-to-plate processing. Our product roadmap spans raw staples (kuttu atta, samak rice, sabudana, singhara, rajgira, makhana), ready-to-cook mixes, ready-to-eat snacks, dehydrated fruits/herbs, and specialty condiments like Sendha Namak Chat Masala.

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Co-Founder with a robust Operations spine who is ready to wear every hat required to take a consumer brand from 0 to 1. While you will co-own overall strategy, GTM, and investor readiness, your core superpower must be execution and operations.

What You Will Own & Drive:

- End-to-End Supply Chain & Processing: Manage farm/mandi sourcing, third-party milling/manufacturing, quality control, and zero-contamination processing standards from farm to sealed package.
- Packaging & Inventory: Oversee initial batch production, vendor negotiations, packaging execution, and unit economics.
- Multi-Channel Fulfilment & GTM: Drive operational onboarding,



cataloging, and inventory flow across Quick Commerce (qComm), Modern Retail, D2C website, and Wholesale channels.
- 0-to-1 Generalist Hustle: Work closely with the Lead Founder across sales pitches, experiential brand initiatives, and preparing the company for our upcoming ₹50 Lakh – ₹1 Crore seed raise.

Who You Are
- Startup DNA: You have previously worked in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment and thrive in ambiguity, speed, and resource-constrained execution.
- Operations Heavyweight: Proven background in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or quick-commerce/FMCG operations.
- Builder Mentality: Comfortable visiting mandis and factory floors in the morning and analysing unit economics or pitching retail buyers in the afternoon.

Partnership & Skin in the Game This is a true co-building partnership prior to our first institutional seed round:
- Equity & Capital Commitment: 15% Equity with a ₹15 Lakh investment into the company to fund initial incorporation, IP, packaging, and pilot inventory.
- Runway: Both co-founders will operate without a monthly salary draw for the first 6 months to maximize working capital for market traction and e-commerce listings (backed by a clean, founder-friendly agreement covering vesting and capital protection).
