Role Description The Co-Founder role at LignoGold Terra Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves jointly defining the company’s vision, business model, and growth strategy, and translating those into actionable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and customer research, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and building relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

The Co-Founder will oversee marketing initiatives, refine value propositions, and support brand positioning to drive visibility and revenue.



This role also includes coordinating with any early team members or contractors, managing budgets and resources, and continuously analyzing performance data to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, customers, and business performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, pitch to investors, and engage clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify leads, convert opportunities, and build sustainable revenue streams.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, support brand building, and execute campaigns.
- Experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or early-stage startups is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, make independent decisions, and thrive in a dynamic, resource-constrained environment.
- Relevant academic background in business, engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field is an advantage, though not mandatory.
