Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues. Follow up with customers through calls and messages to ensure timely repayments. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Handle customer queries, payment commitments, and PTP (Promise to Pay) follow-ups. Manage overdue accounts and maintain accurate collection records. Update customer details, payment status, and follow-up reports in the system.
Follow company policies and applicable RBI/NBFC collection guidelines.
Eligibility
CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in loan collections or recovery.
Experience in NBFC, fintech, payday loans, personal loans, or collection BPO preferred. Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection process. Immediate joiners preferred.
