Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Cloud Architect at Clear InfoSec.

The Cloud

Architect will design, implement, and optimize secure cloud architectures across public, private, and hybrid environments. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define cloud solutions, developing reference architectures, and ensuring secure integration of applications and services. The role involves assessing existing infrastructure, recommending improvements, guiding cloud migrations,



and aligning designs with security best practices and compliance requirements.

The Cloud

Architect will also document technical solutions, support project delivery teams, and provide guidance on infrastructure automation, scalability, resilience, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Solution Architecture and Architecture, including designing scalable, secure cloud solutions and reference architectures.
- Experience with Infrastructure design and management, covering network, storage, compute, and cloud-native services.
- Background in Software Development and Integration, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and secure system integration.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, cloud security controls, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CCSP) are preferred.
