About Dot Media

Dot Media is an advertising and media company specializing in public relations, influencer marketing, talent management, and brand communication. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Intern to support our team in managing client relationships, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing client communications and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements and campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, influencer marketing activities, and brand projects.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, campaign updates, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
- Maintain client databases, campaign records, and project documentation.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings and preparing meeting agendas.
- Track campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met.




- Help resolve client queries by coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Support the team in maintaining client satisfaction and delivering a positive client experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Prior internship experience in client servicing, PR, advertising, or marketing will be an added advantage.
