We are looking for a Client Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding, implementation, and go-live activities while serving as the bridge between clients, operations, product, and engineering teams.

Role Overview The Client Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing client implementations from contract signing through successful go-live. This individual will work directly with healthcare providers, clinic owners, wellness businesses, pharmacies, laboratories, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Homely MD solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare technology implementations and be comfortable communicating with US-based healthcare clients using industry-standard healthcare terminology and workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Implementation

- Lead client implementations from contract signing through go-live.
- Conduct discovery, kickoff, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Document client workflows, business requirements, and operational processes.
- Build implementation plans, timelines, and project schedules.
- Configure and coordinate Homely MD solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure successful onboarding of clinics, providers, and healthcare organizations.

Project & Stakeholder Management

- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Client Success teams.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables.
- Conduct regular client status meetings and implementation reviews.
- Manage client expectations and implementation timelines.

Testing & Go-Live

- Coordinate QA and UAT activities.
- Validate workflows and integrations.
- Conduct client training sessions.
- Support go-live and post-launch stabilization.
- Ensure smooth transition to Client Success and Support teams.

Required Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in Client Implementation, Project Management, Product Operations, or Healthcare Technology.
- Experience implementing SaaS, Healthcare Technology, Telehealth, EHR, or Practice Management solutions.
- Robust client-facing communication skills.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira, Trello, ClickUp,or similar project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with US Healthcare clients.
- Experience with Healthcare SaaS platforms.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and provider workflows.
- Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Experience supporting telehealth and virtual care implementations.

US Healthcare Knowledge (Strongly Preferred)

Candidates should possess practical knowledge of common US healthcare terminology and workflows and be able to communicate confidently with healthcare clients without requiring extensive onboarding.
