Our client is a high-growth company that closed the last financial year at approximately ₹350 crore in turnover and is targeting ₹500 crore this financial year - a step-change in scale that is reshaping how we operate, hire, and make decisions.

To support this next phase of growth, we are looking for a Chief of Staff who will work in direct partnership with the Founder & MD - effectively becoming an extension of their thinking, judgment, and execution capacity. This is not a traditional support role. It is a high-trust, high-ownership position for someone who wants to operate at the center of a rapid-paced, rapidly scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extend the Founder's bandwidth - act as a trusted proxy in meetings, follow-ups, and decision-making where appropriate, ensuring nothing critical falls through the cracks.
- Drive strategic initiatives - own special projects end-to-end, from market entry plans to internal transformation programs, coordinating across functions to get things done.
- Bridge the Founder's office and the rest of the organization: translate high-level priorities into clear action plans for department heads, and surface ground realities back to the Founder.
- Prepare for high-stakes moments - board meetings, investor updates, leadership offsites, and key client/partner conversations, including data, narrative, and briefing notes.
- Track what matters - build and maintain a system (dashboards, trackers, reviews)



to monitor progress on the company's top priorities and flag risks early.
- Operate as a thinking partner - pressure-test ideas, bring structure to ambiguous problems, and help the Founder prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment.
- Represent the Founder's office internally and, at times, externally, with judgment and discretion.

What We're Looking For:

- A track record of working in high-ownership, high-ambiguity environments - consulting, investment banking, startups, or a prior Chief of Staff / Founder's Office role are all relevant backgrounds.
- Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills - able to write a crisp board note as easily as they can align a room of function heads.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed - this role will not have a fixed playbook; you will often be building the plane while flying it.
- High EQ and discretion - you will be privy to sensitive, confidential information and need to be trusted implicitly.
- A genuine hunger to learn how a business scales from ₹350 crore to ₹500 crore and beyond, and the willingness to go wherever the business needs you - literally and figuratively.
- Founder-mindset: someone who takes ownership like it's their own company, not just their job.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
