Titile Chief HR Officer (CHRO)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Group-wide HR strategy, organisation development and manpower planning.

· Develop HR policies and systems across multiple manufacturing units.

· Talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and retention.

· Performance management, compensation & benefits and employee engagement.

· Industrial relations, labour-law compliance and employee relations.

· Develop HR MIS, HR analytics and productivity improvement initiatives.

· Drive organisational culture, employee ownership and leadership development.

· Manage senior-level recruitment and workforce planning for recent projects/expansions.

· Lead HR teams across multiple locations and ensure uniform implementation of Group HR policies.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR / MSW / equivalent

Experience: 15–20 years, preferably with significant experience as Head HR / CHRO in a manufacturing organisation.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
