About the Role

We are seeking for a commercially sharp, strategic and hands-on CFO cum Financial Controller to lead financial operations, profitability, cash flow and financial governance across its growing premium managed-office business.

The ideal candidate will go beyond accounting and compliance to drive financial strategy, optimise centre-level profitability, evaluate new investments and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management and financial reporting.
- Manage centre-wise profitability, unit economics, EBITDA and cost optimisation.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, billing, collections and treasury.
- Evaluate new centre investments, commercial leases, pricing and capital expenditure.
- Develop financial models for expansion, funding and strategic decisions.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation,



audits and strong internal financial controls.
- Build financial MIS, reporting dashboards and scalable finance systems.
- Manage banking relationships, fundraising and investor readiness.
- Partner with the CEO and Promoters on financial strategy and business growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Requirements
- 10–15 years of relevant finance leadership experience.
- CA qualification strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in financial control, FP&A;, cash flow and commercial finance.
- Proven experience in P&L; management, financial modelling and profitability improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate, managed offices, coworking, hospitality or multi-location businesses will be a significant advantage.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
