As Finte c h Cloud continues to expand its presence in India’s digital lending ecosystem, we are looking for an accomplished Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead our end-to-end regulatory, legal, and business compliance functions.

We are s e eking a seasoned professional who understands that compliance is not merely about policies and documentation, but about building a robust, transparent, and regulatory-compliant business at scale.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead r e gulatory and operational compliance across our digital lending ecosystem.* Ensure adherence to applicable RBI guidelines, digital lending regulations, and NBFC partnership requirements.* Oversee compliance across multiple lending brands, products, platforms, and customer journeys.* Manage credit bureau (CIC) compliance, regulatory audits, litigation, and legal matters.* Strengt hen collection practices, customer protection, grievance redressal, and internal compliance controls.* Work cl osely with senior management to establish a robust, scalable compliance framework.

? Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experi e nce: 10–15+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal functions.* Strong background in Banking, NBFCs, Fintech,



or Digital Lending.* Deep un derstanding of RBI regulations, lending operations, and credit bureau compliance.* Proven leadership experience managing complex regulatory environments and large-scale operations.* A hands

-on, execution-oriented professional capable of driving compliance across multiple business verticals.
