Job Summary

Luno Renewable is looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, fundraising, banking relationships, financial planning, and overall financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital raising, preferably within the solar manufacturing, renewable energy, or other manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Banking & Financial Institution Liaisoning: Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for term loans, working capital facilities, credit limits, and other funding requirements.
- Fundraising & Capital Management: Lead debt and equity fundraising, investor discussions, capital structuring, and financing initiatives.
- FP&A;: Oversee financial planning and analysis, profitability analysis, financial performance reviews, and management reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow projections, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
- Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow, inventory funding, receivables, payables, and overall liquidity.
- Manufacturing Finance: Monitor production costs, COGS, gross margins, inventory valuation, CAPEX, and plant-level financial performance.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial statements, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
- Risk Management & Controls: Establish strong financial controls, manage financial risks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strategic Business Support: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on business expansion,



investment decisions, and long-term financial planning.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience with a peer-reviewed CA firm is mandatory.
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as CFO, Finance Head, or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience in fundraising, debt financing, and banking liaisoning.
- Expertise in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management.
- Experience in manufacturing finance; solar manufacturing or renewable energy experience will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of working capital financing, term loans, credit facilities, and CAPEX funding.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
