About Us we are a technology-driven B2B wholesale e-commerce platform STARTUP , focused on international beauty and cosmetics trade.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage our international accounting, financial reporting, and compliance as we scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international accounting and bookkeeping.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier payments.
- Reconcile international bank accounts and payment gateways.
- Manage multi-currency transactions and foreign exchange records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L; reports, and cash flow statements.
- Track sales, cost of goods, shipping expenses, and profit margins.
- Maintain accounting records for cross-border purchases and sales.
- Manage international tax compliance and coordinate with local tax advisors where required.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, audits, and internal controls.




- Establish scalable accounting processes for international business operations.

Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Robust knowledge of international accounting and financial reporting.
- Experience with cross-border e-commerce, wholesale, trading, or import-export businesses preferred.
- Knowledge of foreign currency transactions, international payments, and exchange-rate reconciliation.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
