Job Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with real estate channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Build and maintain a strong network of active channel partners to generate property sales.
- Share project details, pricing, payment plans, inventory updates, and marketing materials with partners.
- Generate qualified leads and drive site visits through the channel partner network.
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure timely follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Support partners throughout the sales process, from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Maintain an updated database of channel partners, leads, and business activities.
- Assist in resolving partner queries related to project details, inventory, documentation, and commission structures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through channel partner engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or channel partner management preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate projects and property markets.
- Ability to develop and manage broker and channel partner networks.




- Strong follow-up, coordination, and sales conversion skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field visits.

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven professional who can build a strong channel partner network, maintain long-term broker relationships, generate qualified property leads, and drive sales closures for our real estate projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
