Role Description The Business Development role at Tiffexx is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including onboarding home chefs and building partnerships with local stakeholders. The individual will conduct market research, analyze customer and partner needs, and develop strategies to grow user acquisition and engagement.

Daily tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting outreach and meetings, negotiating terms, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners and clients.



The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and product to support business growth and improve the overall platform experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for presentations, stakeholder interactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess foundational Programming or Software Development understanding to collaborate effectively with technical teams (preferred but not mandatory).
- Relevant experience in food tech, e-commerce, or service platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
