The Tarkari Masala Company is hiring a Business Operations & Growth Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Lucknow. Work directly with the founder in an early-stage startup setting, supporting sales, customer calls and WhatsApp follow-ups, sampling, order and dispatch coordination, inventory records, social media and local market visits. Take ownership of additional business tasks as priorities evolve.

We are looking for someone proactive, reliable and willing to learn across functions. Hindi communication, basic English and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets are required. Freshers are welcome; Canva skills are a plus.
