Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.





Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in English language
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and business development activities.
- Prior experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or related technical sales is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools.
