Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and converting leads into long-term clients for K-MEDIA’s social media and digital marketing services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting through multiple channels, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.

The Business Development

Manager also analyzes market trends, maintains strong client relationships,



and collaborates with the marketing team to refine positioning and offerings. The role requires consistent reporting on performance metrics and proactive contribution to revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and customer retention.
- Understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and SEO services.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Solid negotiation, closing, and contract management capabilities.
- Analytical skills for interpreting market trends, campaign performance, and sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within a marketing or digital agency environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a rapid-paced environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
