Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our software company in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable software/IT solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM records.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / IT Sales.
- Experience in selling Software, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Solutions preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
