Job details:

Position: Business Development Intern

Stipend: ₹2,000–₹5,000 per month

Internship Duration: 3–6 months

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Mode: Remote

As a Business Development Intern, you will help connect prospective students with suitable educational programmes while developing your communication, sales, and customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.

-Introduce and explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.

- Understand customer needs through active listening and provide relevant information.
- Answer questions,



address concerns, and handle objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

-Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

-Follow up with interested prospects to support their decision-making process. Stay updated on the company's services and relevant market trends.

-Collaborate with the sales team to share qualified leads and opportunities. -Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements

-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

-Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.

-Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

-Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.

-A target-driven and results-oriented mindset.

-Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.

-Ability to handle rejection professionally and adapt to changing situations.

-Willingness to learn about the company's services and educational offerings.

-A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a related degree is an advantage.
