Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and fitness-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, acquiring sponsors, building partnerships with gyms and fitness brands, and promoting through social media and business networking.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for fitness, regular gym-going habits, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential corporate clients, sponsors, gyms, fitness centers, and business partners.
- Sponsorship Acquisition: Approach brands and businesses to secure sponsorships, promotional collaborations, and event partnerships.
- Gym Tie-Ups: Build partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, personal trainers, sports clubs, and wellness centers.
- Brand Collaborations: Establish tie-ups with sportswear, nutrition, supplements, health, lifestyle, and other relevant brands.
- Social Media Promotion: Support the promotion of Project Zoar through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Business Development: Conduct outreach, arrange meetings, present sponsorship proposals, negotiate partnership terms,



and follow up with prospects.
- Networking: Build relationships with fitness influencers, athletes, gym owners, trainers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Event Promotion: Generate participation and business opportunities for fitness competitions through strategic partnerships and promotional activities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, sponsorship proposals, and conversions.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve assigned targets for qualified leads, sponsorships, partnerships, and business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong B2B lead generation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Ability to pitch sponsorship opportunities and convert prospects into business partners.
- Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to attend meetings, visit gyms, meet brands, and participate in fitness events.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting is an advantage.
