Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Gandhinagar. The individual in this position will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and manage the sales pipeline across web, mobile, and software service offerings.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, tracking performance metrics,



and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Executive is expected to represent Hats Off Solutions professionally, support revenue growth, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong client pipeline.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to understand client requirements, manage relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in IT services, software development, or digital agencies, with an understanding of web and mobile solutions.
- Candidates should have strong negotiation and closing skills, comfort with sales targets, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in common productivity and CRM tools.
