Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with parents, schools, and other partners.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct follow-ups on inquiries, deliver presentations about the academy’s programs, and support enrollment conversion through effective communication and consultation. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, coordinating with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students, and tracking performance against growth targets.



The role also requires continuous market research to understand local educational trends and recommend strategies to expand reach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the academy’s reach.
- Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage relationships, oversee enrollments, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with parents, schools, and stakeholders through calls, meetings, and presentations.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in the education or training sector, with a track record in sales or business development.
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, comfort with on-site client interactions, and the ability to work with clear targets and timelines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, familiarity with local Noida market dynamics, and basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets, email) will be beneficial.
