Qualification: M.B.A or Equivalent

Experience: 7-8 Years

JOB GUIDELINES

- Knowledge of end-to-end pharmacy operations (Both OP and IP).
- Understanding of hospital work format concerning OP pharmacy business.
- Current and Upcoming trends in pharmacy operations, including technical upgrades.
- Analytical understanding of Doctor Trend vs Pharmacy Sales.
- Understanding of Doctor Profiling and Doctor Connect including their day-to-day involvement in Pharmacy and Hospital Operations.
- Strategic view and merchandising knowledge for scaling the Pharmacy Business.




- Interpersonal relations and management appraisal methodology.
- Must know C- Level reporting patterns.
- Understanding of the Pharma industry, molecules, and chronic and acute medicines is a plus.
- Negotiating skills with consultants are also a plus.
- Understanding of the Turn Around Time (TAT) ratio mechanism.
- Must have knowledge of CSAT and NPS drives.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
