About the Role At Vendiman, we are expanding our Non-F&B; Brand Advertising and Partnerships business and looking for an energetic, outgoing and commercially minded individual to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, pitching ideas and converting opportunities into business.

You will work closely with the leadership team to identify new brands, connect with marketing agencies, develop innovative brand solutions and build relationships with decision-makers across industries.

What Will You Do?

- Brand Outreach & Business Development: Identify and approach potential non-F&B; brands across BFSI, automotive, consumer electronics, beauty, fashion, jewellery, real estate, lifestyle and other categories.
- Agency Partnerships: Connect with advertising agencies, media agencies, OOH/DOOH companies and experiential marketing agencies to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Meeting Generation: Research prospects, initiate LinkedIn outreach, emails and calls, follow up with potential clients, and schedule meetings.
- Presentations & Pitching: Create professional PowerPoint presentations, proposals, pitch decks and customized brand solutions for prospective clients. Ai Savvy
- Client Interaction: Participate in meetings, confidently present Vendiman’s advertising solutions and help develop client relationships.
- Creative Brand Solutions: Think of innovative ways brands can use Vendiman’s 32-inch digital screens, full-machine branding and in-location media network to engage consumers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain prospect databases, track follow-ups and meetings, and support opportunities from initial outreach through proposal and closure.





Who Are We Looking For?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident, approachable outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling and networking.
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and online research,
- A proactive, curious and creative mindset with a genuine interest in brands, advertising, marketing and business development.
- MBA/ MMS, BMS/ BMM Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
