Role Description:

The Brand Protection role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The professional in this role will monitor and analyze market activities to identify potential infringements or misuse of client brands, including trademarks and trade dress.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating investigations, gathering evidence, and supporting legal teams in enforcement actions,



as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting on brand protection initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with attorneys, clients, and external partners to develop and implement brand protection strategies that align with overall IP and business goals.

This position also supports awareness initiatives and contributes to internal best practices for safeguarding and strengthening brand integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills, with the ability to align protection activities with broader business and IP objectives.
- Experience in Branding and Communication, including clear documentation, reporting, and client-facing interactions.
- Knowledge of intellectual property concepts, especially trademarks and brand enforcement, is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in brand protection, IP law, compliance, or related fields is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant research tools, office software, and online brand monitoring platforms.
