Scinuvo Consumer Products LLP manufactures and builds skincare and cosmetic products, sold across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. We're a growing, founder-led team based in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

About the Role

We're looking for a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager who loves skincare, beauty and cosmetics, and understands marketing and content. You will work directly with the Founder to take our products from idea → launch → marketing → growth.

This is not just a social-media-posting role. We want someone with curiosity, ownership and the drive to build something, rather than waiting to be told every next step.

Key Responsibilities

- Track skincare and beauty brands, consumer trends and competitor products to spot opportunities
- Shape product positioning, messaging and launch plans for new products
- Develop campaign and content ideas across Instagram, Reels, YouTube and marketplaces
- Plan and run influencer and creator marketing programmes
- Drive e-commerce and D2C marketing, including marketplace listings, A+ content and promotions
- Coordinate designers, photographers, agencies and internal teams to deliver on time
- Analyse campaign and sales results, and recommend what we should do next

What We're Looking For

- Genuine passion for skincare, beauty and cosmetics




- 1–4 years of experience in brand, content, digital or growth marketing (strong freshers with a great portfolio are welcome to apply)
- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, personal care, D2C or consumer brands is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of Instagram/Reels, influencer marketing and e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication skills and an eye for good content, packaging and design
- Comfortable with numbers: reading results and making data-backed decisions
- Self-starter with high ownership

You'll be a great fit if you're the person in your friend circle who is constantly discovering new skincare products, following beauty brands, noticing packaging and analysing Instagram/Reels campaigns.

- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Reporting to: Founder
