We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our team in the real estate/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and verifying bills, monitoring project costs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring accurate and timely billing as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify RA bills, contractor bills, and client bills.
- Check quantities and measurements as per BOQ, drawings, and site progress.
- Prepare and maintain billing statements, cost sheets, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, contractors, and vendors for billing-related matters.
- Verify work completed against approved drawings and contractual terms.
- Assist in reconciliation of quantities, material consumption, and contractor payments.
- Monitor project expenses and support cost control activities.




- Maintain proper records of bills, invoices, work orders, and supporting documents.
- Ensure billing accuracy and timely submission of bills for approval and payment processing.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in billing within the real estate or construction industry.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, quantity surveying, and measurement sheets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
