About the Chance

We are building next-generation infrastructure to power the AI revolution, with a focus on hyperscale AI data centres, advanced liquid cooling technologies, and high-performance computing infrastructure.

We are looking for skilled BIM Modellers with expertise in mechanical piping, MEP systems, and 3D modelling to help design and develop advanced cooling infrastructure for AI data centres.

What You’ll Do

- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical piping systems, liquid-cooling networks, and data centre infrastructure.
- Model piping layouts, manifolds, valves, fittings, pipe supports, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
- Create piping isometrics, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and fabrication-ready documentation.
- Coordinate models across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using BIM coordination tools.
- Support the modelling of Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), cooling skids, supply and return piping networks, and modular cooling systems.
- Generate material take-offs (MTOs), Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and piping and equipment schedules.
- Interpret P&IDs;, engineering layouts, equipment specifications, and mechanical drawings.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and project execution teams to ensure designs are accurate and buildable.




- Incorporate design changes and maintain updated models and as-built documentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in BIM modelling, mechanical piping, MEP, industrial projects, or related engineering environments.
- Hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, piping drawings, and mechanical equipment layouts.
- Understanding of piping components, fittings, valves, flanges, and pipe supports.
- Experience preparing shop drawings, isometrics, and material take-offs.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience working on data centres, industrial piping, HVAC, chilled-water systems, or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Exposure to liquid cooling, CDU systems, Secondary Fluid Networks (SFN), or thermal management infrastructure.
- Experience with modular cooling skids, prefabricated piping assemblies, and fabrication workflows.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and multidisciplinary coordination.
