Description We are seeking a motivated Backend Operations specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in backend development, focusing on building robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for various applications. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Manage and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.

Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
