Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure Database Administrator Trainer to deliver skilled training aligned with Microsoft Azure database administration and DP-300 certification topics. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL services, database configuration, security, performance tuning, backup, and recovery.

The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training and guiding learners through database administration tasks, troubleshooting exercises, and real-world cloud database management scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on Azure database administration concepts and services.
- Prepare learners for DP-300 certification topics and practical database administration scenarios.
- Train learners on Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines.
- Explain database deployment, configuration, migration, and maintenance.
- Provide hands-on training on database security, authentication, authorization, and access management.
- Cover database performance monitoring, query optimization, indexing, and execution plans.
- Train learners on backup, restore, point-in-time recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.




- Explain high availability, business continuity, replication, and failover configurations.
- Cover database automation, maintenance tasks, and workload optimization.
- Train learners on monitoring and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor and related tools.
- Explain database migration strategies and tools for moving SQL Server workloads to Azure.
- Provide training on data encryption, auditing, threat protection, and compliance.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
- Guide learners through real-time projects and practical database administration scenarios.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server database administration.
- Good understanding of Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
- Knowledge of SQL Server on Azure Virtual Machines.
- Experience with database security, user management, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong understanding of query performance tuning, indexing, and execution plans.
- Experience with database backup, restore, recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of high availability, replication,



and business continuity solutions.
- Familiarity with Azure database monitoring, auditing, and performance optimization.
- Understanding of database migration from on-premises environments to Azure.
- Good knowledge of T-SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate certification or equivalent practical expertise.
- Previous experience as an Azure Database Administrator, SQL Server DBA, or Technical Trainer.
- Experience managing production databases in Azure environments.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL security, performance optimization, and cost management.
- Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Query Store, Extended Events, and database diagnostic tools.
- Experience with automated database deployment and maintenance.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online technical training.
- Experience preparing learners for Microsoft certification exams is an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from experienced SQL Server DBAs and Azure Database Administrators who are passionate about teaching and mentoring learners. Candidates should have practical database administration experience and the ability to explain concepts through live demonstrations, hands-on labs, troubleshooting exercises, and real-world cloud database projects.

Pay: ₹352,000.00 - ₹1,470,000.00 per year
