Job Title: AutoCAD Draughtsman Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and design plans. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD software, drawing interpretation, and coordination with engineers and project teams. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical plans using AutoCAD.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, specifications, and project requirements. Revise and modify drawings as per engineer or client instructions. Ensure drawings comply with project standards, dimensions, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, and site teams for drawing requirements. Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation. Check drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.

Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions, wherever required.



Ensure timely completion and submission of drawings as per project deadlines.

Required Skills and QualificationsDiploma or ITI in Civil, Mechanical, Architectural Drafting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; 3D knowledge will be an advantage.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and engineering specifications. Good knowledge of dimensions, scales, layers, blocks, and drawing standards. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with the project team.

Preferred Candidate

ProfileExperienced in preparing professional and accurate technical drawings. Able to manage multiple drawing assignments and meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be preferred.
